Catalogue listing in the on-line catalogue, free invitation cards, exhibition cards. The shell scheme comprising of: Off-white plastic laminate stand walls, off-white fascia without text, general lighting, and daily cleaning of the floor space. The general layout is based on a 3 x 3 m module, giving the option of 9, 18 and 27 m2etc. The Flooring is concrete painted in grey.
 

Stand rental at the Market Square, 9-18 m2

The stand rental includes:
Catalogue listing in the on-line catalogue, free invitation cards, exhibition cards. The shell scheme comprising of: 'Paroc stand walls' (1,60 meter in height, 8 cm in depth), a lighting truss with 2 CDM spots (150 w each), and daily cleaning of the floor space. The layout is based on a 3 x 3 m module, giving the option of 9 and 18 m2 - taking into account the layout of the Market square and the exhibition as a whole. The Flooring is concrete painted in grey.

Product News

The Product News area in the Centre Hall is the place where people gather to get an overview of the latest news in the dental universe.
Product News-area acts as an appetizer where the products are presented on podiums or in display cases and leads the visitor to your stand. Product News is highligthed at Scandefa's website and in newsletters before the fair.

The price to participate in Product News area is DKK 2,500 per product.

Speakers' Corner

Speakers' Corner is where you can conduct presentations, ensuring that your message gets out to fair visitors. Speakers' Corner is placed in an open form in the exhibition area. The program will be presented at Scandefa's website, in newsletters, on review boards in the exhibition area and Speakers' Corner, so visitors can accommodate it in planning their visit.

Exhibitors can book the following times: 11.00, 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, 15.00, 16.00 Thursday and Friday. Saturday at 11.00 and 13.00.

The price to use the Speakers' Corner is DKK 2,800 for a speak of max 45 minutes.

Participate at both the Product News Area and Speakers' Corner and get a 50% discount on one
In case you choose to participate at both Speakers' Corner and the Product News Area, you will receive a 50% discount on the participation at the Product News Area.
